Visalista.com is offered as a free service for school districts and teachers. The primary use of the website is free of charge. There are no subscription fees or costs associated with basic access to the Service.

6.1 While basic access to Visalista.com is free, we may offer optional translation, editing, or transcreation services to educators for a fee. These services are provided at the discretion of Visalista and may be subject to separate terms and pricing.

6.2 School districts requesting additional support beyond the scope of the basic website service, such as customizations, training, or personalized support, may be required to enter into a separate contract with Visalista. Such contracts will outline the specific duties, responsibilities, and compensation terms and will be mutually agreed upon by both parties.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service without notice for any reason, including, but not limited to, violation of these Terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Visalista and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Colorado. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Colorado.
