Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The HR Executive will play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring efficient HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:

Assist in workforce planning and hiring strategies.
Conduct job postings, screening, interviewing, and selection processes.
Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation programs.
Employee Relations & Engagement:

Address employee concerns and grievances in compliance with company policies.
Organize employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace morale.
Promote company values and maintain a positive work culture.
Performance Management:

Assist in implementing performance appraisal systems.
Support managers and employees with goal setting and performance reviews.
Identify and address training and development needs.
HR Operations & Compliance:

Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
Assist in payroll processing, benefits administration, and leave management.
Learning & Development:

Identify training needs and support the development of training programs.
Coordinate workshops, seminars, and professional development initiatives.
Other HR Duties:

Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
Support HR projects and organizational change initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a corporate setting.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
